Thursday, March 19, 2015. Anxiously Waiting on Waffle Hashbrowns. We scrape the potatoes down to shreds and fry them in the waffle iron. The sound of butter on the potato sizzling on the waffle presser. We wait ten minutes, then we take the hashbrowns out. Who knew that a lopsided potato would turn into a brown crisp delight?
